Valverde out please. This barca was so boring. De jong was great in such a lackluster barca. Dembele was trash, griezmann was barely given the ball and then valverde has the nerve to say he needs to get more involved. FOH why would you put him down left wing just to force that 4-3-3. The disrespect is real. I imagine most of these pundits don’t even watch La Liga on a regular basis. Athletic Club is always a tough away game and a difficult place to get a result in for any club be it Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético or Granada.
Real Sociedad and Celta are also two other tough away days for Barcelona. In fact I don’t think Barcelona have won in Anoeta since they came back to the first division in 2015.
It doesn’t matter if Messi is there or not. Barca have no philosophy under Valverde. Roberto and Semedo on the same side never works.Dejong should not be stuck on defensive mid. He should play left or right and then help busquets when he needs rest.
