I just did a workout that included a broad-jump directly to a clapping pushup. Do ten of those, rest for one minute, then repeat for 4 sets.
This was at the end of an already grueling shoulder workout, so I (at the age of 40) needed a little more than a minute!
The Rx was a triple-clap pushup… good for you if you can do those!
We need to practice all days! Then we can improve!
