For me the biggest problem is lack in harmony in the pitch  , have been watching almost 90% of the match full 90 minute this season so far , what i find we lack is
1. we pass very sloow  that opposition either predict our next step or just get time to park the bus , had we passed faster it will just make the opponent less confident and it will be easier to tear up the defence of opponent easily.
2. we dont see that fire on any of the player except very few names  i will rate the fire on player i have seen  out of 10 :
     terstagen : 9 ( though its hard to  judge fire  in goalkeeper specially in barca )
     montoya : 6
     pique  :  7 previously 3
     rakitich : 7 previously 9
     sergio : 6
     xavi  : 8
     pedro : 7  previously 5
     iniesta : 6
     saurez : 8  ( in liverpool 10 ) i dont see that hunger and lion nature of him
    messi : 8   i want to see that lion in false nine , drib8   (bling past the defenders  ( 10 in his best he doesnt even like to run in spaces and try to catch th ball doesnt try to beat defender as he used to do  but has improved very much technically and playmaking )
    neymar : 9  ( he has improved and he should stop falling down easily i dont like such things in football )
   rafina : 9  ( he shows a lot of energy at least )   he speeds up the game really , i am a secret admirer of him
  bravo :  8 ( same as terstagen but i like terstagen better )
mascharano : 10 ( he is the player i look for always now adays in squad he is leading the team in shoulder and messi is saving ass of the team
bartra :9  he is one of the top 5 player in team for me  , i just love the energy he shows even in trainng and his smart gestures
dogolus : 5 missed his both  game coz has been watching starsports from tablet and ucl from tv but as i saw review he wasnt in barca standard
jordi alba : 10 currently despite his 2 own goals , this man runs and runs and shows some fire he goes infront of stricker and behind cd to save
roberto :  4  i am not such a fan of him also disappointed   if it was upto me i would send him to B team and bring halilovic
adriano :7  he shows his fighter attitude and energy  in his level
dani alves : 5 he has degraded his form like hell one of the worst fall in carrier of footballer  in my perseption
varmelan : N/A
matheu : 8 previously 9  wass great  beast at the begining now  .
maship : 7 hasnt watched like doglus but as have seen review  he is decent in his level
luis enrique : he is  lab technician with no tactic for me , just testing tactic always 
3 . when we get ball in the break we dont counter , we have  got player for that but we dont , messi neymar and saure ,  pedro , alba , all are capable of that  , i think the problem is our players cant guess where other player are without seeing them  so they take so long to pick the pass which is already late .
4 . always changing squad – if you dont get used to how your partners play in field and have to take few more second abt what type of pass to choose or where to run expecting pass and a lot of other aspect like that   lucho should start taking his fixed first 11 even not perfect among the options but have to pick a consistant linupp for playes to be getting used to eachother in pitch
5 . crowd in the stadium is not that noisy even in home that lifts up players really , and the stadium looks empty which doesnt give the players confidence
6 . very less long shots : want to see few long shots and curled goals like the one of messi in 45th minute in valancia
7 . set pieces : we get a  lot of chance for set pieces but rarely score : we should work on that very soon very much very intensly if we want to win game and be more unpredictable coz back in the day of henry , eto  we used to practice a lot in set pieces and we used to be short team even at that time except few but we still have likes of 4-5 players : messi , pique  , matheu , barta , busquet , neymar ( he jumps yes he does ) , set piece expert like xavi , rakitc , messi , neymar

7 . intensity in attack : serioulsy even i am barca fan i dont think offonent fear us in therms of attack ( or when we have ball )  half of that of madrid which i shame

and when teams gets used to ,, we should try to use player from b team but we are not in that condition currently  i prefer sandro over munir  halilivic   adama sergi samper   to get few chances

if dani doesnt improve his form , sad to say  being a barca but we have to change our formation like we did in psg match playing pedro and alba as wing back

For sure make Barcelona fans feel good, I am among one of them because I was tired of listening to EPL affairs every thing England man utd Chelsea and other blaa blaa now you make feel so proud of Barca and increase my confidence that Barcelona fans we are here and are not overshadowed by anyone's media. I honestly don't think Lucho will use the B team players as much as he should. He'll keep on using old players, that honestly aren't good enough. I'm glad Pique is getting back to his old form, him and Bartra is a strong centreback duo. Our RB position is beyond fucked if Montoya decides to leave (and he will). Left back is superb with Alba, Adriano and Grimaldo. Midfield is far from what it used to be. I want to see Rafinha, Samper, Halilovic more often. MSN needs more time, but I'm hopeful and positive. Do I think we'll win anything in 2015? No, definitely not from what I've seen.
