I heard the Espanyol tour is good so if you visit Barcelona you can see Espanyol rather than FC Barcelona.
When I visited Dortmund's ground my tour was no where nearly as crowded and the tour was 15 Euros for everything. Nothing like the tour in this video. Dortmund is also home to the German Football museum which I would recomend.
