In case of rakitic's replacement we also have alenea who is also a good CAM/CM and also much young, so I think barca should give him more opportunities instead of signing Ruiz for 60mil.

For me lautaro martinez is a priority signing but i would buy him in 2021 because with suarez in team he would get a lack of playing time in 2021 suarez retires and there is space for him , also de ligt is a priority signing as we need a really good defender to replace pique and fix our defensive problems because lenglet is shit

If I was Barça, I would try to focus on the progress of Riqui Piug to replace Rakitic.
Keep Todibo instead of buying more defenders.
And if I were to buy a new player, it wouldn't be Lautaro (not because he's bad or anything) but because he is to expensive, I would rather try to buy Kimmich or Havertz, both players have very Barça like football with controlled passing in possession.
