Neymar is the most spectacular dribbler in the world right now. In barcelona he give 100% so it's good they are taking him back. They should keep Dembele but question is does he want to stay on the bench? He is too young for that.
Dembele is a massive talent, and potentially the future at Barcelona so he should absolutely not be traded. I would rather they trade Coutinho and/or Rakitic for Neymar.. Trading Umtiti is not a good idea either unless you're bringing in another back-up central defender since Vermaelen already left and Todibo is not yet ready for prime time.
Neymar would do very well playing with Coutinho, Dembele is already very good and needs to reach his full potential, and can't do it at PSG, and I say we let Rakitic or Umtiti go, preferably Umtiti.
