I think Klopp is the best manager ever and I know people say that a manager can only be judged by the trophies his teams have won, I disagree. Most might say Sir Alex Ferguson was the best manager ever but here is why I feel it is Klopp. Ferguson ran his dressing room with a rod of iron, fear for want of a better word. Klopp doesn’t need to do that, those players at Liverpool would willingly die for him (exaggeration but you know what I mean) I served in the British Army and I had superiors that I would do the very best of my ability for them but not die for them. However there were a few that I literally would have followed into Hell.

When you look at the celebrations on the pitch, they all celebrate, they all love each other and if they make a mistake, they feel they have let their brothers down. Klopp has created that, he refers to them as “my boys” as if he is the Dad and in a why, what he has created is a family not just a team. Every player on that field wants to give 100% not for themselves but for their team mates but more importantly Klopp. They don’t want to let him down ever, not fo fear they are going to get a boot in the face or they will be dropped from the next match, but because they don’t want to hurt him, they have that much respect.

Klopp has taken a large group of lads, from all over the world, from different religions and different cultures and none of them care less about the social differences one thing binds them and that is the beautiful game of football and their father like gaffer, the one and only Klopp. He is not bringing back the glory years to Liverpool, he is creating a new era that even the Liverpool legends are excited about and have never experienced. Before I die I would love to shake him and those players by the hand and say thank you for showing me a side to humanity I have never witnessed.
