And the current Philippine Football Cup Championship was name after him 'Copa Paulino Alcantara' . Philippines will be inspired to see a Filipino goalkeeper to play in LaLiga (Barcelona FC). Currently the whole Philippines football fans are following Cardiff City FC because of Neil Etheridge. And in the mind & heart of the Filipinos also includes Barca because of the legendary Paulino Alcantara.
