ESPN FC’s Julien Laurens explains why Paris Saint-Germain rejected Barcelona’s latest offer for Neymar, which would see the Brazilian return to Camp Nou on loan. Laurens says a loan is a non-starter for PSG, which would want to make sure it could replace Neymar before the transfer window closes. He also points out a loan deal is not how PSG’s Qatari owners want to do business.
