Fuji I really recommend trying 4-2-2-2, it's simply insane also it's similar alittle bit to the 4-4-2 but a narrow version to the 4-4-2

Why are you complaining about facing god squads when you have one ?. Try facing them with a shit team. I’ve complained about match making since this game started. If your a top 100 Player you should be playing against them consistently not players finishing in gold 2/1.
Shooting on chance creation actually means that your players will get into the possition they can get more space to shoot
Fuji your obviously better than me i haven't got a stacked icon team,,but i watched another you tuber who said post patch set custom tactics to tiki taka to break the defense so speed 60,passing 40,,chance creation 50 shooting 50,and aggressive interceptions for defense and cdm,,get in behind and drift wide for striker,,i went from silver 2 then with those tactics in the 41212 narrow and with the help of 2nd inform Wilson and mooy got gold 3 but didnt play last 12 games so realistically could of got gold one,these tactics were excellent i did lose against stacked icon teams,,but equally i beat teams with toty ronaldo etc and some buy 4 goals,,this is how i adapted post patch to the gameplay i find the 442 leaves you open to counter attack ,,,41212 i use to get the goals then to get the win change to 5212 ,which is a great defense formation but also deadly with the counter attack custom setting.
I had a 180 mls squad in fut champs and then i faced like 6 185
If you can’t defend you can use the 442(2) with the two CDMs if you need to
I managed to finish in Elite 3 for the first time since the first week of this game and I'm not sure if it was the patch suits my play style or the possible new matchmaking but I'm feeling good about this patch.

i feel that there is some sort of momentom in fifa 18 after the patch 6 games in a row i was 3 goals up i lost them all because my players cnt pass after the other had just scored
