Neto is confirmed, Barca welcomed him on Social Media. But in my opinion Barca should have not signed him. Neto is a great Goalie and we already have Ter Stegen. He doesn't fit in the team, Cillissen barely had any play time this season but I understand that because he isn't the best. On the other Hand Neto is a really good goalie so him being on the bench isn't a good idea and and will effect his performances. I'm a Barca fan and this isn't the Transfer of the season in my Opinion.

If Barca need a new goalkeeper, suggestion is to sign Neil Etheridge (?goal stopper) and extend additional Barcelona fan base in Asia particularly in Southeast Asia (additional market/viewers for La Liga) ,
Neil Etheridge was the very 1st Filipino and Southeast Asian that has played in EPL.
The last and only Filipino played in Spain particularly in Barcelona FC was Paulino Alcantara. He holds the most goals 369 for so many dacades and to be broken in Messi's arrival. And the current Philippine Football Cup Championship was name after him 'Copa Paulino Alcantara' . Philippines will be inspired to see a Filipino goalkeeper to play in LaLiga (Barcelona FC). Currently the whole Philippines football fans are following Cardiff City FC because of Neil Etheridge. And in the mind & heart of the Filipinos also includes Barca because of the legendary Paulino Alcantara.
And if 100 years ago Philippines not handed to Americans then Philippines could have been a powerhouse in Football in Asia ?
