€15-20 million loan fee is wrong, should be €8.5 million with annual wage around €13.5 million (incl. bonus). But loan deal with option to buy priced at €120 million are acceptable for Barca reduce the loss of Coutinho transfer from Liverpool as much as possible (if tax & agent fee incl. in Coutinho deal from LIV to BAR around €25-40 million.) More importantly, perfect set-up to sack Valverde mid season and possible to capture some more star player with wage bill drastically reduce as Coutinho depart. One thing i'm certain Messi & Barcelona might have to bite the bullet of this season would be one of the worst as similar as Tata Martino' one does.
