FC BARCELONA THIRD KIT 2017-18
The new FC Barcelona third kit is an exciting design that celebrates the club’s unique standing in world football whilst offering Aeroswift technology for cutting edge performance, and contemporary detailing.
The striking dark maroon colorway of the shirt, shorts and socks is as bold as the club’s world famous style of play. Its modern round neck is simple whilst the sharp geometric patterns on both shirt and sock stand out from any crowd.
The bright orange stripe detail along the shoulder and the arm include a mosaic like detail that celebrates the work of the city’s famous architecture. The player numbers appear in the same bright orange.
The back of the shirt also includes the word, “Barça” reiterating the pride both in the club and in the city.
The fit and feel is characterized by the shirt’s engineered knit zones, creating the geometric patterns that enhances fit for the athlete in motion.
“As a player you always want to step onto the pitch looking and feeling confident to play your game. I’m really proud to pull on this new kit, inspired by my city and my culture. The innovation and design takes it to a new level,” says FCB midfielder Sergi Roberto.
The sides of the kit feature a stripe that runs the length of the shirt and shorts where it fades into a distinctive orange. Expanding when the player is in motion, the stripe maximizes ventilation.
The socks include Nike grip technology enhancing foot-to-boot connection and have the word “Barça” in bright orange underneath the Nike swoosh.
This is a modern, bright, eye-catching new kit that perfectly represents FC Barcelona, a football institution that is so much more than a club.
The new F.C. Barcelona third kit will be worn during the away match on September 27 and is available September 12 on nike.com/fcb and from via selected retailers.
