Ahsan Bilal says:

There's nothing wrong with La Masia. It still produces fantastic talents. The problem is that the management in Barca is so incompetent and coward, that they no longer trust the youth players. The players then get shipped off to other clubs where they succeed.

Rayn Anwar says:

Bartomeu has only 2 years left until the next president comes in so he wants to leave a big legacy by signing these big name players like Ousmane Dembele Coutinho griezman

chujackam says:

Bartomeu and Valverde are ruining Barcelona. I believe that Valverde is a good coach when it comes to actual tactics, otherwise they wouldn't win the title and reach UCL semi-finals. But he can't do anything under pressure and doesn't know how to manage his defenders. The coach has no vision, he is just there to do his job and go home, he simply doesn't care. Messi is constantly saving Valverde's ass. Barcelona lost or draw every match without Messi (except that 5-1 win against RM, but that is a one time thing and RM was at their lowest point druing that season). They lack creativity. When they had players like Xavi, Iniesta and Neymar, they were absolutely fine without Messi.

i n0 says:

Wague, Puig, and Aleña are the next Masía stars for the first team. When Xavi becomes the head coach, a lot of academy players will come back to the A team.

Jalal Uddin says:

Messi neymar suarez xavi iniesta claudio bravo pique puyol rip Barca

I Like YouTube. says:

The academy focused more on results then performance and sold its best young ballers like xavi to Psg.
