For everyone who says there is defence problem, you're right but it's not the defence as a whole it's simply Pique. This man has seriously been playing poorly since last season but the blame rarely goes on him because of how big his is within the club. Look at the fullbacks, Semedo and Alba play very good attacking and defensive football every game imo (Roberto really needs to be in the midfield). Midfield could do better stringing passes together but every club challenged this season has had a problem getting the ball back from Busquets, Vidal, Rakitic, and Arthur. So it only leaves the centre backs as the problem. Lenglet isn't perfect but he plays so well game after game now that Umtiti is injured. Pique has been making horrible mistakes game AFTER game. His goal scoring masks the fact that he's pretty shitty at defending at times.
Vidal was absolutely sensational this game. An absolute machine on the field with an amazing work ethic to constantly put pressure on the opposition
