Paulinho sucks, anyone who has ever played soccer can say that, he hasnt great ability with the ball, and when he touches it hes very slow, specially to think. I know players who are not professional and play so much better than him
Paulinho is consistently great if used correctly. A common mistake is to play him as a pure defensive midfielder, which will reduce him to an average player. He is strong, but his strength and stamina are NOT as good as a true world-class DM. His greatest traits are positioning, instinct, and off the ball movement, which are truly world class. Give him the role that utilize those traits, you get a world class Paulinho.
