If the previous one given to Atlético qualifies as a penalty, then that is ALSO a penalty.

Also, ( 12:52 ) Messi should've scored those two freekicks with ease, considering how consistent his freekicks were in that very season. This is what I hate about Messi. He drops his game in the most crucial moments, when his team needs him to do what he NORMALLY does. He costed Barça the chance to win two back-to-back trebles. Now, Barcelona is so weak as compared to this squad that they can only DREAM of pulling it off like they did in 2011 or 2015.
