I’d be absolutely over the moon at Sanchez but I think we are dreaming there. Lemar sounds good but I’m worried he won’t be what we want him to be. I think Mahrez would be good for us too. Fekir would be sound.
I think it’s essential to get a top GK in now if Coutinhos gone and fortress up our defence cos if we don’t replace Phil properly we surely won’t be scoring as many goals, it could really come down to being solid at the back and getting clean sheets to keep the top 4 position. With VVD and adding someone such as Oblak I think we will be a hell of a lot stronger at the back.

After a great start to the new year we wake up to this nonsense. Everyone throwing around names hold up for a sec Coutinho is a special player and will be missed. We need to get at least two of these players:

2:Mahrez
3:Aubameyang
4:Lemar
5:Lanzini
Easy option, Keita is the replacement for coutinho, lamar is the replacement for can and trapp is replacement of mignolet.

Jumping the gun a bit with the doom and gloom Chris. In any event there's only so much the club can do over keeping coutinho similarly bringing players in. RBL are stopping Keita coming now and it looks like Monaco may do the same with Lemar, what are LFC to do, switch to other targets? Im fed up of LFC taking 2nd and 3rd choice players. If we have to wait to get Jurgen's 1st choice, it is something we have to go with.
If it wasn't for salah , courtinio would have held the club to ransom by giving half arsed performances, Courtinio is having to play well otherwise salah would make him look really bad.
I don't think any of us would have any issue with him leaving in summer, he has been playing very well for us this season, that said I think it is suicide to sell him in January and damaging from CL point of view, we lose one of our best attacking players in a tournament we are still playing in and could possibly do very well in and it threatens our qualification for next season also in what is a very tight race for 2nd to 4th spots.. Barca can't play him in the CL anyway this season and are well clear in La Liga……It makes very little sense….Sell him in summer but until then Barca can fuck off.

There is zero chance you're gonna buy an equal player right now that can slot in. I don't remotely think this is true as it doesn't make sense from LFC's perspective.
